February was a monumental month for Pamela and me.
We opened an office in Naples.

We are available for memory assessments and consultations in addition to speaking and workshops.

The change has helped us to use March for “spring cleaning.”
As with all of us, change makes for multitasking errors and demands decisions and stress
that can make for more “senior moments.” We’re sorry to be late with the newsletter this month
but it made us reflect on practicing some of the things we preach.

CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING AS PART OF
YOUR PERSONAL SPRING CLEANING:

1. Organize your stuff and get rid of what you don’t need. I can’t believe how much I have “that I will get to some day.”


2. How is your multitasking going? I am trying to use my calendar more efficiently with all of the new things I need to track. I also try to do one thing at a time so I don’t lose track of where I am headed.


3. We are coming to the end of the first quarter of the year. Where are you with your goals for the year? We are very pleased to have reached one of ours this early in the year.


4. Quit trying to remember. Plan on how you will remember. This has become an essential rule for us this spring.


5. No matter how busy you are, what are you plans for leisure and relaxation? If you haven’t gotten your vacation plans together, this is a good time to start.
